Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment by emailing

Condition of Returning Item

We will accept the return of an unused product within 30 days of delivery. It must be in the original packaging, in full, unused, and in the same condition in which you received it. If you have changed your mind, we don’t refund delivery fees and you will need to cover the shipping costs of returning the item to us. You should consider using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of items.

We cannot refund or exchange for wear and tear or damage occurring after you receive the item. Please don’t ask us to do this as we want our dealings to be fair for everyone.

Item is Damaged/ Faulty/ Doesn’t Perform as Advertised

If the product you receive is damaged, does not work or works differently than advertised then you are entitled to a refund or exchange. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution. In this instance we will cover any return shipping costs.

Refund Request

Prior to returning your item please fill out our Refund Request form. We will answer your Refund Request promptly and advise you of your next steps. Please do not send items prior to receiving our answer.

Refund/Exchange Timeframe

Once we have received your returned item, we will confirm receipt via email and process your refund or exchange within 7 working days. Refunds will be credited to the same payment method as your original purchase transaction.
